Happy Lag Ba'omer!!

I hope you all enjoyed Lag Ba'omer today:) On Friday we had a special Lag Ba'omer parade in the Shul. We started the program by having Morah Inna tell us all about Lag Ba'omer. Afterwards each student paired up with another younger student, and together we dance and sang. We had special music entertainment from Morah Rivky. We had a great time:)

Dear Pre-K Family!!!

In our last unit of the school year we are focusing on the beauty and wonder of the way Hashem (G-d) created the world and the intricate connection between every living thing.  We are learning about the earth, it's continents, animal and plant life, and the planet system. 

In our classroom we have caterpillars that we watch eat and grow every day. Soon, they will be building a cocoon and turning to beautiful butterflies which we will release in the wild :)

On Tuesday we visited the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and watched the spring unwind itself in full color!!!

We saw beautiful flowers, green trees, sacra garden, Chinese garden and lake, turtles and fish.

Children were vowed by the beauty of the outdoors and enjoyed the wonderful weather.   

We are looking forward to our upcoming trips to the Zoo and Aquarium!!!
