Israel Day

Today we had a fun filled fantastic Israel Day!! We started the day by boarding an airplane to fly to Israel (notice the seatbelts). Morah was the pilot and we got special snacks as we were flying. Before we arrived in Israel, we looked at a globe to see where Israel is located. When we arrived, we spoke about the different special sights that are there and saw really cool pictures of Israel. Each student got a chance to show their Israel Show and Tell to the class. Afterwards we made a fun Kotel(Western Wall) project and actually painted bricks we made for the Kotel. At the end of our visit, we got to taste Israeli food, pita and falafel. When it was time to move on with another part of our day, the students asked if they could stay in Israel for the rest of the year:)
